Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam is a part of Bouygues Construction IT, a trusted partner for the business lines which provides competitiveness of the Bouygues Construction Group and promotes its digital transformation. As a User Support, you will provide the support to address user needs mainly related to Data Services.
Your key responsibilities:
- -Maintain information system and database up to date (core business applications and websites):

- Verification of data and input it in business applications following received requests through different channels.
- Migrate data from one platform to another.
- Hands on & analyze business applications to write how-to guidelines for the users.
- Maintain information up to date on assigned business applications.
- Test & correction of bugs when there are new updates/deployments.
- Analyze issues raised by the users through ticketing platform, contact and clarify all needs/issues and help to solve problems.
- Maintain reports/dashboard updated.
- Ensure a continuous update of knowledge bases.
- Translate business documents in French <-> English.
Attention: This position is not for those who major in IT domain.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year of relevant experiences. New graduates/ freshers with customer-orientated mindset are welcome.
- Professional proficiency in French, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including but not limited in Pivot Tables, Charts, Foundation Formulas, …
- Experiences in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Proficiency with MS Office, including 2019, Microsoft 365 and related communication tools.
- Experienced with database management platforms.
- Experienced with media tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Camtasia, PowToon…).
- Ability to use VB, VBA, and other programming languages.
